The Jenfab LeanClean 360-4 model cleans four baskets side by side at the same time.

This provides better cleaning, rinsing, and drying as well as faster, more efficient loading than baskets that are stacked on top of each other, two by two. The standard machine includes two process tanks for wash and rinse solutions with an option to add a third tank.

The Jenfab LeanClean 360-4 is an ergonomically designed front loading rotating basket parts washer. It is ideal for aqueous cleaning of machined parts, stampings, screw machines, and turned parts. The LeanClean 360-4 provides critical cleaning of precision parts which include hydraulic valve bodies, ABS, aviation, and automotive fuel system components. These machines are also used to clean surgical instruments, bone screws, and orthopedic implant components in the biomedical industry. Baskets are loaded side by side rather than stacked, which makes for a more efficient and ergonomic system with faster loading and more thorough cleaning and drying.

The wash and rinse solution tanks are located beneath the cleaning chamber. During the cleaning cycles the solutions are filtered and recirculated on a continual basis into the cleaning chamber. The basket is rotated in the solution as powerful water jets purge the parts with fresh filtered solution over twice every minute. This insures that even the most complex parts with blind holes are thoroughly cleaned. The continuous separation of chips and oil ensures a longer bath cycle.

The Jenfab Difference

The LeanClean 360-4 is designed to process four baskets per cycle, either standard Kaydon/Edge 12” x 18” x 6” baskets or four Jenfab stainless steel baskets 12” x 20” x 8”, more than three times the volume of the Kaydon/Edge basket. The chamber also accepts large parts weighing over 400 lbs.

The Jenfab Super Dryer will dry parts that other systems cannot.
